I am a proud Boston native who has over 10 years of competitive running experience. I was an active child, but never ran in high school or college. Through self-training and lots of hard work, I now regularly place in local road and trail races and am a member of San Francisco’s elite women’s racing team, The Impalas. You can also find me at the lululemon Grant Ave store as Run Ambassador, leading a running group every Thursday evening.
I view every body as a unique puzzle and thrive on uncovering the root of pain or injury in my clients. I take an integrated approach, looking at nutrition, stress, and sleep habits in addition to movement patterns. Years of experience has given me a rigorous understanding of running injury prevention. In my spare time you can find me playing with my crazy dog, Queso, planning world travel adventures with my sister, or making sauerkraut. Follow my antics on Strava.
