HI, I’M ANGELA.

I have the unique perspective of being a runner AND a strength coach — I understand the demands that come with training for a goal race. This means I build strength plans to complement your run training, not detract from it. The key to building a resilient body and overcoming injury begins with mastering fundamental movement patterns and actions. You can not build the house if you do not have the foundation. I take an integrated approach, looking at training, nutrition, life stress, and sleep habits to give me the whole picture of your health. Little tweaks in one area can make a big difference in another.

I am a Boston native who now resides in Ashland, Oregon by way of San Francisco. I am a runner of mountains, marathons, and am a member of San Francisco’s elite women’s racing team, The Impalas. In my spare time you can find me playing with my crazy dog, Queso, planning world travel adventures with my sister, or zipping around the trails on my mountain bike. Follow my antics on Strava
