Strength coaching will improve your posture, reduce muscular imbalances and injury, and increase movement efficiency and durability. I believe in mastering fundamental movements to improve athletic skill. A personalized mobility and strength program is developed based on an assessment to help you reach your goals, whether that be getting out of pain or becoming a more resilient runner.


RUN COACHING

Every runner has a unique story, and a training plan should reflect that.  Experience, injury history, and life outside of running are all important variables in a personalized program. From 5Ks to ultras, personal coaching will help you hit your goals in a way that makes sense for you. My goal as your coach is to help you increase fitness while staying happy and healthy. For prehab done from the comfort of your own home, I developed the 3HAB program: a year-long weekly video series delivered to your inbox. Each video is 5 minutes of mobilizing, stretching, and activating a different area each week. Over the course of a year you will become a stronger, more efficient runner.
