INJURY PRE/REHAB

Running injuries suck. We've all been there, sitting on the sidelines as our running buddies have all the fun. But an injury can actually be a blessing in disguise. (I swear. Hear me out.) A break from running allows you to focus on correcting the main cause of form breakdown: muscle imbalances. A rehab program will get you back in strong running form, and a prehab strength program is the best way to prevent future injury, so you don't have to miss any of the action. Each six week program is personalized to your injury and imbalances, equipment availability, and time commitment. 

A gait analysis exposes your running form- the good, the bad, and the ugly- frame by frame. You’ll walk away with a detailed action plan to improve efficiency and ward off any impending injuries.

Every runner has a unique story, and a training plan should reflect that.  Experience, injury history, and lifestyle are all important variables in a personalized program. From 5Ks to ultras, personal coaching will help you crush your goals much faster than a cookie cutter plan ever could.
